Nigel has extensive experience of disputes arising out of lease terminations, dilapidations, lease renewals, and break notices.

He also advises developers and landowners on issues affecting the value and use of land, on boundary and right of way disputes as well as overage obligations, adverse possession claims, and the enforceability of restrictive covenants.

Nigel has acted on nationally significant infrastructure projects and on other compulsory purchase projects for acquiring authorities and landowners.
