Madelaine assists with matters in the Agricultural Property team, providing essential support to property specialists within the team and managing her own case load.

Rapidly gaining a reputation for her work with large estates, charities as well as landowners, Madelaine regularly receives referrals from other departments across the firm as well as other firms who do not undertake property matters.

She has a wealth of experience when it comes to residential aspects, agricultural matters including surrenders of tenancies, sales and purchases (land/property) together with refinancing and utilities. Madelaine provides support to Alice Lees and other senior members of the team.
