Kelly Eagers

Kelly is a member of our Commercial and Residential Property teams, undertaking a range of property transactions with particular experience in site assembly work, plot sales, part exchanges, infrastructure agreements, residential sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold) and social housing sales under the Right to Buy legislation.

She has also had dealings with agricultural sales and purchases, mortgages and commercial transactions.

Kelly's recent work includes:

• commercial transactions involving the acquisitions of a building subject to four residential tenancy agreements
• purchase of an unregistered commercial site involving two leased shops, two residential flats and a commercial mortgage
• purchase of a House in Multiple Occupations subject to a mortgage
