Jarred has been a partner in the Private Client department of Roythornes since 2005 and now sits on the Board of Directors following incorporation of the business. He has particular expertise in relation to capital tax planning, trust law, succession planning, business re-organisation and agricultural tenancies and payment schemes. Jarred also advises on the capital tax implications of large renewables projects.
His client base is heavily involved in the agricultural and food industries and he is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association (FALA), now tutoring that Fellowship course with other leading professionals in the agricultural industry to provide additional intensive training to those serious about practising in those areas of law relevant to rural practice.
Jarred regularly speaks for a variety of professional organisations, as well as national and local interest groups, and is a member of the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) and the NFU.
