Georgina Worley

Georgina’s technical ability and commercial acumen enables her to advise clients in relation to a huge variety of property matters, including complex and high value transactions.

She is highly experienced having specialised in property for more than 20 years and regularly deals with options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, site acquisitions, overage and affordable housing transactions. She is also well versed with commercial landlord and tenant, corporate support, and property finance. Georgina primarily acts for housebuilders and landowners, as well as commercial developers, owner occupiers and investors.

Her approach is both practical and commercial. She places great importance upon understanding her client’s specific requirements and finding solutions. Her clients particularly value her ability to attend to matters in a proactive and balanced way and she is a trusted advisor to many who regard her as an integral part of their team.

Georgina co-heads the Housing and Development team at Roythornes which spans four offices across the Midlands and East Anglia.
