William Billett

Will joined Roythornes in December 2023 working alongside Helen Pears and the wider Residential Conveyancing team.

Based at our Spalding office, Will works on a variety of matters including Sales, Purchases, Transfers of Equity and has a real enjoyment in First Registrations of unregistered land. 

Prior to joining Roythornes, he graduated at the University of Lincoln’s Law School and has 5 years’ worth of experience in Conveyancing.

Outside of the office, Will is a keen chess player and enjoys long walks in the countryside.
