Victoria Reeds

Victoria is a Senior Associate in our respected Private Client team. Victoria has worked in the Lincolnshire region for many years and has considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of topics within the private client realm including estate planning, trust creation, care fee and capital tax planning and the creation of Wills.

Victoria has a particular interest in estate administration and acts for clients in handling a wide range of estates from the date of death right through to the ultimate conclusion. This includes advising and assisting with post death variations, inheritance tax, income tax and capital gains tax as well as utilising trusts to achieve family aims and mitigate tax.

Victoria prides herself on being personable, diligent and efficient to ensure her clients receive expert and comprehensive advice and the best possible service at what is often a difficult time.

Victoria also advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and mental capacity issues and is happy to see clients in the office, virtually or in their own homes if required, utilising her accreditation as a Dementia Friend where appropriate.
