Tom Brown

Tom is a Litigation Paralegal in our Debt Recovery team, based in the Birmingham office. He has three years' experience specialising in commercial and consumer debt recovery, as well as insolvency proceedings, including winding-up petitions, statutory demands and bankruptcy matters.

He has experience in alternative dispute resolution and regularly negotiates settlements and practical repayment arrangements across a wide range of debt values, costs and compensation claims. Tom is committed to helping clients achieve efficient and commercially focused outcomes.

Tom studied History at the University of Birmingham, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in 2022 before completing a Master of Arts in 2023. In 2026, he achieved a Distinction in his Level 3 Paralegal qualification and is currently undertaking the SQE preparation course with BARBRI as he works towards qualification as a solicitor.
