Thomas Rangeley

Thomas is a Solicitor in our Residential Development and Planning team, based in the Birmingham office.

He advises developers, landowners and promoters on a range of residential development matters, including acquisitions and disposals, option and promotion agreements and planning and infrastructure agreements.

He qualified in September 2026 after completing his training contract with the firm, gaining experience across several practice areas with seats in Commercial Property, Private Client, Private Wealth Disputes and Residential Development/Planning.  

Thomas first joined the firm through the Roythornes Bursary Scheme while studying his Law LLB at the University of Nottingham. He later completed his LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Manchester.
