Steph is a Solicitor in our Private Client Team where she advises clients on estate planning, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate administration, and tax matters.
Steph joined the firm in August 2022 as a Paralegal, before starting her training contract in 2023 and gaining legal experience across various departments to develop a broad and dynamic skillset.
Her first seat as a Trainee was in Commercial and Construction Litigation, where she handled a wide range of disputes. During her second seat in the Corporate and Commercial team, Steph focused on restructures, acquisitions, banking and finance arrangements, charity-sector agreements, and advising on terms and conditions as well as service agreements.
Her third seat was in our Natural Resources and Renewable Energy team where she primarily assisted landowners in negotiating options and leases for renewable energy projects, including solar, battery, and energy storage with developers.
Prior to joining Roythornes, Steph completed her LLB Law degree in just two years, graduating with a 1st class. She later earned a Commendation on the LLM Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School in 2020.
