Simran Kaur

Simran is currently in her second seat within the Employment Department, where she has gained experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her work includes communicating with clients at first instance, drafting employment contracts and employee handbooks, and attending hearings. She is developing a strong foundation in employment law and enjoys the balance of advisory and dispute based work.

Her first seat was within the Living Team, where she took a hands on approach to a wide range of property related work. Simran was involved in key projects on large development sites and spent three valuable months working with the Plots Team, gaining a broader understanding of the full spectrum of work undertaken across the department, beyond commercial development alone.

Simran graduated from The University of Law in 2023, completing the LPC with an LLM. Before joining Roythornes, she worked at a litigation firm where she gained experience in road traffic accident (RTA) claims and personal injury matters, helping build her confidence in client care, case preparation and dispute resolution.

She is committed to developing her skills across her training contract and building a well rounded legal career.
