Sian Fryer

Sian is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team, based in the Nottingham office. She advises on a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases and lease transactions for individual property investors, local SMEs and lending institutions.

In addition to her commercial property work, Sian assists with the property aspects of corporate transactions, including business sales and refinances. She also has experience handling residential property sales and purchases, giving her a broad understanding of property matters across both commercial and residential sectors.

Sian qualified as a Solicitor in September 2024. Before pursuing a legal career, she worked in accounts before returning to university in 2019 to complete her Legal Practice Course (LPC). Following graduation, she worked as a paralegal within the financial disputes team at a national law firm before completing her training contract at a local Nottingham firm.

Her varied professional background and practical experience enable her to provide clients with commercially focused, pragmatic advice tailored to their individual needs.
