Shola Khan

Shola qualified as a Solicitor in 2020 into Roythornes' Employment team. Having joined the firm in 2017, Shola completed her training contract whilst completing the LPC and was awarded a Distinction.

During her time at Roythornes, Shola has gained a multitude of skills in negotiating and dispute resolution.

She undertakes contentious and non-contentious work for both employees and employers alike. She regularly drafts employment documents such as contracts, staff handbooks and policies. She also advises on various employment matters such as settlement agreements, redundancies, termination of employment and complex discrimination cases.

Shola has great attention to detail and ensures that her clients understand and are updated at each stage in their process. Shola is bilingual and can speak Punjabi/Pothwari. Shola is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
