Sarisha Singh

Sarisha is a Paralegal in our Corporate and Commercial team based at the Nottingham office. She has extensive experience supporting a wide range of businesses, having previously worked within the corporate legal department of a large chartered accountancy practice. Her clients ranged from sole traders and agricultural partnerships to large haulage companies and other established businesses.

Sarisha has experience assisting with a variety of corporate transactions, including share buybacks, company and group restructures, demergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales, incorporations and start-ups. She has also worked on the preparation and review of partnership agreements, shareholder agreements and articles of association.

Drawing on her commercial awareness and practical experience, Sarisha supports clients through each stage of their business journey, helping them navigate complex corporate matters with confidence and clarity.
