Sara Wilkinson

Sara is the firm's Support Services Manager, leading the Business Support Team across all offices and ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality support services throughout the business. With a strong focus on people development, process improvement, and operational excellence, she plays a key role in helping teams perform at their best while maintaining the high standards expected across the firm.

Managing and mentoring support staff firmwide, Sara is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive working environment where individuals can develop both personally and professionally. She regularly visits offices to provide training, guidance, and hands-on support, helping to ensure consistency, productivity, and outstanding service levels across the team.

Working closely with colleagues across Operations, HR, IT, and legal departments, Sara oversees a wide range of business support functions. Her responsibilities include coordinating secretarial resources, supporting recruitment and onboarding, reviewing business support processes, monitoring compliance-related activities, and helping implement new systems and initiatives that enhance the way the firm operates. She is also instrumental in developing training programmes and career progression pathways for support staff, ensuring team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Alongside her role as Support Services Manager, Sara also heads up the firm's Internal Events Team. She oversees the organisation of a wide range of staff events and fundraising activities throughout the year, helping bring colleagues together while supporting important local causes.

Each office selects a Charity of the Year, and Sara works closely with both colleagues and charity representatives to coordinate fundraising initiatives, including bake sales, quiz nights, raffles, and other community events. Through her enthusiasm and commitment, she helps foster a strong sense of teamwork, engagement, and social responsibility across the firm.
