Sarah Richardson

Sarah is a Senior Associate in our Agriculture and Natural Resources team, specialising in agricultural and rural land and property matters. Since qualifying as a solicitor in July 2016, she has built a wealth of experience advising individuals, farming businesses, companies, landed estates, trusts, and charities on a wide range of property transactions and land-related matters.

Sarah began her legal career in August 2013 as a Paralegal before progressing to a Trainee Solicitor and then qualifying in 2016. She has since worked at regional, national, and international law firms, providing expert guidance on non-contentious agricultural and rural property matters.

Her work encompasses the sale and purchase of land, farms, and estates, first registrations, country homes, agricultural occupancies, auction sales and purchases, and dealing with rights over land. With a deep understanding of the complexities of rural property transactions, Sarah is committed to delivering tailored legal solutions to support her clients’ needs.
