Sam Young

Sam was educated locally at Spalding Grammar School, before obtaining his law degree from the University of Nottingham and completing the combined Master of Laws and LPC at Nottingham Law School. Sam graduated in 2020 with Distinction.

Later that same year, Sam joined Roythornes' Real Estate team as a Paralegal where he assisted in a wide range of areas including residential property development, affordable housing and planning.

In September 2021 Sam started his training contract within our Real Estate team before seats in Property Litigation and then Commercial Property.

Sam qualified as a solicitor in March 2023 into our Commercial Property team where he primarily acts for developers, landowners, owner occupiers and investors.
