Samuel Mills

Sam forms part of Roythornes' Real Estate team based at our Birmingham office and brings a wide range of knowledge to the firm. He has experience working across residential, commercial and agricultural property transactions over an eight year period.

Sam qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2021 after building up a diverse range of experience within the property sector and completing his LPC at the University of Law in 2015.

During his almost three years at Roythornes’ Sam has been specialising in Renewable Energy Development projects and Telecommunications building on the skills he acquired whilst working within agricultural and commercial property. Sam has built a wealth of experience acting for both landowners and developer clients alike and has proven his ability to expertly navigate the technical nuances of telecoms leases and to effectively advise his clients on renewable energy projects.

A recent example of Sam’s experience is evidenced where he effectively acted for a developer client in a multi million, multi project, funding arrangement achieving an outstanding outcome in short timescales.

He values strong working relationships and holds these with commercial landlords, property developers, historical farming families, homeowners and colleagues alike.

Due to his varied experience, Sam can expertly service his clients and deal with a diverse range of property matters.
