Rebecca Samuels

Rebecca is a Paralegal in our Plot Sales and Purchases team, based at the Spalding office. She plays a key role in the early stages of plot sale transactions, helping to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently from the outset.

Her responsibilities include opening new development sites and plot sale files, drafting and preparing legal documentation, and issuing contracts at the beginning of the transaction process.

Working closely with colleagues across our Spalding and Birmingham offices, Rebecca helps establish the foundations for each matter by setting up the sites, files and documentation needed for the transaction. Her organised and proactive approach ensures that once initial contracts have been issued, the wider team is well positioned to manage the transaction through to completion.
