Octavian Giol

Octavian joined Roythornes in October 2024 and is currently a Trainee Solicitor undertaking his first seat in the Corporate & Commercial team based at our Spalding office.

He supports the department on a wide range of commercial and charity law matters, assisting clients with the review and drafting of commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and other business documentation. Octavian also works with charities on matters including incorporations, governance issues and Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) conversions.

Before commencing his training contract, Octavian worked as a Paralegal in our Private Client team, where he provided support on matters involving vulnerable individuals. This experience gave him valuable insight into delivering sensitive, client-focused legal advice and developed a strong foundation for his legal career.
