Lisa Cawdron

Lisa is the daughter of a farmer and grew up on the border of Lincolnshire and Norfolk. She joined Roythornes in 2018 having previously devoted more than 20 years to the legal profession in the East Midlands, a good many of which were spent as a commercial property solicitor.

In her firm-wide position, working with various teams and sector leads, Lisa's role is to develop opportunities with new clients, as well as to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. She works closely with the Board in shaping the firm’s long-term strategy for growth.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys running and playing hockey.
