Leah Merrifield
Leah is a solicitor in our private wealth disputes team. Leah has particular experience in claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 as well as disputes concerning the validity of wills and enquiries into estate administration.
Leah completed her training contract with Roythornes in 2023 after achieving distinctions in her GDL and LPC at the University of Law. In her previous role within the firm, Leah gained experience in the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and complex Court of Protection cases.
