Katy Moss

Katy joined Roythornes in August 2025 as Senior Associate in our Agriculture and Natural Resources Team. She advises on a wide variety of rural transactions including farm sales and purchases, agricultural tenancies and refinancing as well as promotion agreements, option agreements and overage arrangements.

Following qualification in April 2016 she has worked with agricultural clients gaining experience and insight into agricultural businesses. Katy now specialises in agricultural and rural property, acting for farmers, landowners and lenders.

Katy is known for being responsive and proactive in transactional matters with a high attention to detail but with the ability to explain matters clearly to clients and contacts. She enjoys getting to know her clients in order to ensure that their family and business are being fully supported at all times.
