James specialises in a wide range property related matters, having gained 20 years of legal experience acting for individuals, businesses, developers, investors, and other commercial entities across the region and nationally. His technical ability and commercial insight allow him to act for clients across a broad range of sectors.

He recognises the importance of understanding his clients' specific requirements and working collaboratively with them to achieve their desired outcomes, whilst providing a high level of expertise and communication throughout.

He regularly advises clients on all aspects property transactions, including:
