James Maynard

James joined Roythornes as a Partner in 2024, leading the firm's Corporate offering in Nottingham.

He qualified at a national firm and has worked in the East Midlands at various leading firms throughout his career prior to joining Roythornes.

He acts on a variety of corporate transactions and arrangements, including mergers & acquisitions, investments, shareholder arrangements and complex reorganisations.

James acts for a wide range of clients, from start-ups to established owner-managed businesses and public companies. His experience includes leading a vast number of multi-million pound transactions (up to £100 million), often with cross border elements and in a broad range of sectors.
