James joined Roythornes in 2021 and is our HR Advisor, bringing a wealth of generalist experience to the team. Having previously held HR roles across a range of industries, including manufacturing and agriculture, James offers a broad perspective on people management and organisational development.

In his day-to-day role, James provides comprehensive HR advisory support, manages HR systems and oversees recruitment processes to ensure the business attracts and retains top talent. His practical approach and strong understanding of employment practices make him a trusted point of contact for colleagues across the firm.

James is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), reflecting his commitment to professional standards and continuous development within the HR field.
