Jake Fish
Jake is a Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team, where he supports clients involved in a broad range of disputes. His work includes assisting with contract disputes, partnership disagreements, and company law matters, helping clients navigate complex issues with clarity and a solutions focused approach.
Before joining the Commercial Litigation team, Jake completed a seat in Personal Injury, where he assisted clients through the litigation process in both personal injury and clinical negligence claims. This experience has strengthened his understanding of dispute resolution, evidential analysis and client care, which he now applies to commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Roythornes, Jake volunteered as an Independent Advocate with Age Cymru, providing support to individuals over the age of 50, particularly on social housing issues. He has also delivered workshops on Private Child Law as part of a pro bono initiative, helping members of the public understand the Family Court process and the orders available to them.
Jake is dedicated to making a positive impact through his legal work and continues to develop a well rounded foundation across litigation disciplines.
