Jade Fountain

Jade is a Paralegal in our Plot Sales and Purchases team, based at our head office in Spalding. She plays a key role in ensuring plot sales progress smoothly and efficiently, supporting clients from the initial enquiry stage right through to post completion.

Jade completed her Law degree at Leeds Beckett University in 2024 and is furthering her legal expertise by undertaking the combined LPC and LLM programme, which she is due to complete in October 2026.

With a commitment to delivering excellent client care and a proactive approach to every transaction, Jade is dedicated to supporting both clients and developers throughout the plot sale process.
