Gavin qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1996 and joined Roythornes' Residential Property team in 2014.

Gavin combines the experience of working for a small, high street practice and a large volume conveyancing company to provide a quality service for all clients. He handles all types of conveyancing transactions for freehold and leasehold titles, as well as Shared Ownership and Help to Buy.
