Emma Birch
Emma graduated from the Open University with a Law Degree and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham.
She brings over a decade of experience, having worked at Shakespeare Martineau for 10 years in their New build Plots team. During her time there, Emma acted on behalf of some of the UK’s largest housebuilding companies, guiding them through the entire process from reservation to post-completion.
Her extensive experience in new build residential conveyancing makes her a valuable asset to the team at Roythornes.
