Ellie Cooper

Ellie is currently completing her second seat with the Personal Injury Team at Roythornes, where she supports clients with a range of claims and is developing her expertise in this specialist area.

She began her Training Contract with the firm in September 2025, starting in the Agricultural Property Department. Whilst in this team, Ellie gained extensive experience across various agricultural property transactions. Her responsibilities encompassed legal research, drafting documentation, and managing post-completion work including Land Registry applications and SDLT returns. This comprehensive foundation has provided her with an excellent base for progressing to more complex matters and taking greater involvement in transactions as a Trainee Solicitor.

Alongside her training, Ellie is in her second year of studying for the LPC. She graduated from the University of York in August 2024 with an LLB in Law and Criminology.
