Ellen Nicholas

Ellen joined Roythornes as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2022, with her first two seats being in Regulatory Litigation and Private Client.

Ellen is currently in the final seat of her training contract within our Family department and has been in this area since September 2023.

She assists the Family Team with a range of areas including:

• Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships
• Children Act proceedings
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Cohabitation agreements
• Separation agreements
• Pre and post nuptial agreements
