Colleen is a Legal Director in our Private Client team, based at the Nottingham office. She advises individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of private client matters, helping clients plan for the future and manage their affairs with confidence.
Her expertise includes:
- Estate administration, including complex and high-value estates
- Trust administration, including the administration of charitable trusts
- Succession planning
- Wills and lifetime tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
Colleen qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), holding the internationally recognised TEP qualification.
Prior to joining the firm, Colleen was a Director and Head of Private Client at a multi-service law firm in Sheffield, where she advised local families and business owners on estate planning matters while leading and developing a growing team.
In addition to her legal practice, Colleen has served as a Trustee of Age UK Sheffield since 2022. Working alongside her fellow Trustees, she helps oversee the strategic direction and governance of the charity, supporting its mission to improve the lives of older people in the local community.
Based in Sheffield, Colleen works with clients across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire, providing practical, tailored advice on succession planning, wealth preservation and estate administration.
