Chloe is a Trainee Solicitor currently in her second seat within the Private Client team, based at our Birmingham office. Within her role, she assists clients with estate administration and succession planning, regularly drafting Wills, Deeds of Appointment and Retirement of Trustees, and estate accounts.

In September 2024, Chloe commenced her training contract, undertaking her first seat in the residential development team under the supervision of Ben Smith. During this time, she acted for registered providers of social housing, property developers, and private clients, drafting a range of legal documents, including Deeds of Variation, SUDS Easements, Public Open Spaces Transfers, Leases, and various Land Registry documents.

Chloe holds a first-class law degree and completed her LPC and LLM at Birmingham City University. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Support Through Court Helpline. She also worked as a legal assistant at a family law firm, further developing her legal knowledge and client-focused approach.
