Bethany Gregory

Bethany joined Roythornes in August 2022 after graduating with first-class honours from the University of Hull, and with a distinction in her LPC/Masters from the University of Law.

She began her career at Roythornes as a Litigation paralegal before starting her first training seat in the same team in September 2022. During her time in Litigation, Bethany was involved in the drafting of court documents and worked on a large pre-action disclosure.

Bethany's second seat was in Agricultural Property. Here, she submitted Land Registry applications including first registration, worked with the team on agricultural tenancies, and assisted with the purchasing and selling of agricultural land. She is also a member of Roythornes’ Agri-Academy.

Her third seat was in Private Client where she practiced in Will and LPA drafting, probate administration and trust law.

As of March 2024, Bethany has been sitting within the Commercial Property team assisting on the strategic development of land, promotion and option agreements, as well as landlord and tenant matters.
