Ayesha Sirpal

Ayesha is a Solicitor in our Litigation team, specialising in Private Wealth Disputes. Based in our Birmingham office, she advises clients on a wide range of contentious probate and trust matters, with a particular focus on disputes involving the validity of Wills. Her work includes handling claims arising from allegations of undue influence, lack of testamentary capacity, and lack of knowledge and approval.

Her experience spans complex estate and trust disputes, including executor disagreements and applications for the removal or substitution of executors under section 50 of the Administration of Justice Act. Ayesha also advises on professional negligence matters linked to estate administration, as well as claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

In addition, she has experience dealing with co ownership and property-related disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA), offering clear and pragmatic guidance to clients navigating often sensitive family conflicts.
