Anna advises landowners and developers on a range of planning issues and appeals. A large portion of her work focuses on the drafting and negotiation of infrastructure agreements for national housebuilders (including section 106 agreements). She also assists with planning due diligence in property transactions.
Anna joined Roythornes as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021 qualifying into the Planning Team in September 2023.
Prior to joining Roythornes, Anna won a scholarship to study Law at the University of Leicester in 2017 where she graduated in 2020. She then completed her LPC at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction.
