Anastasia Kell

Anastasia joined Roythornes in September 2025 as a Solicitor in our Agriculture and Natural Resources Team.  Anastasia advises on a variety of agricultural land transactions for a range of different clients from private individuals, trusts, partnerships and estates to developers, housebuilders and energy companies as well as other enterprises. 

Anastasia consults on agricultural tenancies; farm and land acquisitions and disposals; promotion, option and overage agreements; secured lending; succession planning; farming partnership work and general estate management matters. 

Anastasia qualified as a Solicitor in 2024 after completing the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship at a leading national law firm whilst working in the Commercial Property team.  This was followed by a Master’s of Law Legal Practice at the University of Law in London where she achieved Merit.  Anastasia was selected out of 6,000 people by the University of Law faculty to deliver the Student Vote of Thanks speech at the graduation ceremony representing the cohort.  This recognition reflected Anastasia’s significant commitment to her studies and time at the University. 

Anastasia draws upon the commercial property knowledge gained during her training which includes advising landlords and tenants on commercial leases; the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and commercial property financing.

Prior to taking up her position at a law firm, Anastasia graduated from Durham University with an undergraduate degree in Law. She volunteered at the Citizens Advice Bureau and assisted clients with housing, debt and employment issues. Anastasia speaks three foreign languages, French, German and Russian, and has experience of working in all three countries in the respective languages.  Anastasia utilises this knowledge when dealing with international clients.
