Alex Armstrong

Alex joined Roythornes in 2011 and became a Partner in 2020.  

In his role, Alex deals with all aspects of commercial property ranging from sales and acquisitions to refinancing and renewables projects. Alex primarily specialises on the strategic development side of things where his work includes the drafting and negotiation of promotion agreements, landowner collaboration/consortium agreements and option agreements for both residential and commercial developments of all sizes.

Alex also has a particular interest in landlord and tenant matters and undertakes a large amount of licensed trade work for breweries and restaurant operators.
