Ranulf Gull

Ranulf has experience with a broad range of corporate matters including both buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, corporate finance matters, EMI Share Schemes and general corporate governance work.
Ranulf joined Roythornes as a trainee solicitor in 2023, where he gained experience within our Corporate and Commercial team, Private Client team and our Agricultural Litigation team. He qualified into our Corporate and Commercial team as a Solicitor in 2025.
Prior to joining Roythornes, Ranulf graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2022 with a First-Class Law degree, followed by completing his LPC with LLM, where he achieved a distinction in 2023.
Outside of work, Ranulf is a keen sportsman who enjoys running, golf, and snowboarding.
