Martin has particular expertise in applications for charging orders and successfully defending applications to set aside judgments. He also supports clients with cross-border debt recovery by issuing proceedings in England, transferring cases to Scotland, and working closely with trusted agents to enforce judgments effectively.
Outside of his professional life, Martin is a talented bowls player who has proudly represented England. His achievements include winning a gold medal at the European Championships in September 2024.
