Kara Davey

Kara is Roythornes’ Operations Manager, based at the firm’s Spalding office and working across all six locations. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm’s offices, overseeing everything from front-of-house and hospitality services to facilities management and maintenance contracts. Kara also plays a key role in supporting the wellbeing, development and performance of the Operations team across the business.

Kara joined Roythornes in 2013 as a Business Support Clerk and, through a series of promotions, has built extensive experience across the firm’s support functions. In 2020, she was promoted to Operations and Support Manager, taking responsibility for staff and functions across both the Business Support and Operations teams. Following the continued growth of the firm and the expansion of both departments, the role was divided into two specialist positions, with Kara becoming Operations Manager.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Kara serves as the firm’s Deputy Health and Safety Officer and is an active member of Roythornes’ Green Team, helping to support initiatives that enhance both the workplace and the wider community.
