Hayley McCormack

Hayley has been practising family law for nearly 20 years having worked for a number of top tier national firms. 

She has extensive experience in dealing with a broad range of family issues, including divorce, financial settlements and issues relating to children. Hayley has particular expertise in dealing with complex financial work - including cases involving company and trust structures, pensions, offshore assets and intervenors and specialises in advising business owners (or their partners).  Hayley’s clients include farming families, entrepreneurs, owners of SME's, professionals and senior management in well-known companies.

In addition, Hayley works closely with clients' advisors to provide wealth protection solutions by preparing pre/post marital and cohabitation agreements often aligned with company and shareholder agreements.
