Gina is a Partner in our Private Wealth Disputes team, based at the Alconbury office. A highly experienced litigator, she qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and brings a strong commercial perspective to contentious probate matters, underpinned by her academic background in Accounting and Finance. In 2021, she became a Trust and Estates Practitioner (STEP), further strengthening her technical expertise in complex trust and estate disputes.

Gina is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA), the Agricultural Law Association (ALA) and the Court of Protection Practitioners Association (CoPPA), reflecting her specialist standing within the field. She is also a registered Dementia Friend, demonstrating her commitment to providing thoughtful, empathetic support to clients, particularly those facing vulnerable or sensitive circumstances.

Gina adopts a client-focused approach, taking time to understand each client’s individual objectives and circumstances. She recognises that contentious probate disputes often arise during periods of grief and heightened emotion and provides clear, compassionate guidance throughout the process.

While a tenacious and effective advocate, she is committed to resolving disputes constructively wherever possible. She actively promotes mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution to achieve pragmatic, cost-effective outcomes and to help preserve important family relationships.
