Gillian Nash-Kennell

Gill joined Roythornes in 2015 and is our HR Director. She has a combination of HR expertise and professional practice, as well as experience gained from working at Regional Manager level in business operational roles in a number of different industries, including retail, financial and the renewable energy sector.

Gill is responsible for Roythornes' People agenda, including finding the best talent for our growing business. She has a commercial approach ensuring the delivery of HR solutions that support and improve the organisation. Gill is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD).
