Charlotte Nutting

Charlotte joined Roythornes in 2022 as a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team. Prior to Roythornes, Charlotte worked at a large regional law firm in Shropshire and for international bank, Deutsche Bank. Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and brings with her a wealth of experience in development, leasing and investment projects.

Charlotte’s property knowledge is wide-ranging. Charlotte is well rehearsed in property sales and acquisitions both freehold and leasehold, commercial, agricultural and residential, commercial leases and landlord and tenant work including dealing with options and leases in the mines and minerals sector. Charlotte has a particular interest in refinancing projects involving commercial, residential and agricultural land, acting for clients and lenders.

In addition, Charlotte has grown a particular skill in development work. Charlotte has expert knowledge in promotion and option agreements, complex conditional contracts and all types of a joint venture and development agreements.  She can successfully advise clients on all stages of the development cycle from site acquisition through to individual plot sales.

Charlotte is known by her clients for her friendly practical approach offers jargon-free, technical advice and is proactive in progressing transactions.
