Elizaveta joined Roythornes as a Paralegal within the Residential Development team in April 2023, where she supported a variety of commercial property transactions, residential development schemes, and affordable housing projects. She began her training contract with the firm in September 2024 and has since developed a broad foundation across both commercial and real estate work.
Her first seat was in the Corporate and Commercial team, where she gained hands-on experience with company restructurings and share transfers (including as part of estate planning), guided the conversion of private limited companies into community interest companies, and handled the incorporation of both limited companies and charitable entities. She supported clients on a range of matters, from advising directors and trustees on their statutory duties to drafting and reviewing articles of association, members’ agreements, and commercial contracts across various sectors.
Elizaveta is currently in her second seat in the Natural Resources and Renewable Energy team, where she works closely with landowners and developers on renewable energy projects—supporting negotiations of option agreements and leases for solar, battery, and energy storage schemes. She is also involved in reviewing and negotiating telecoms leases on rural infrastructure sites.
Before joining Roythornes, Elizaveta worked in Geneva as a legal assistant to a real estate investment specialist, assisting on cross-border property acquisitions and asset management mandates. She holds an LLB (Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge (2021), and an LLM with LPC from BPP University, London (2022).
She is fluent in French, English, and Russian.
