Roythornes will shortly be converting to a Limited Liability Partnership registered in England and Wales with company number OC451865 and with the name ‘Roythornes LLP’.
We shall continue to use ‘Roythornes Solicitors’ as our trading name.
Why are we changing?
An LLP is a corporate structure commonly used for professional services firms and a very significant number of UK law firms operate in this way. For commercial reasons it is right for us to convert to this structure, to provide the firm with a strong platform for the future.
We are proud to remain independent as we feel this gives us the ability to be ambitious, progressive, a responsible employer and to provide independent and quality legal services to our clients.
In practical terms it will be very much business as usual. The change will not affect the services we provide, and the same team continues to provide their services to you as before.
