Sam Booth

Having come from an agricultural background, Sam advises landowners and farmers on various agricultural and rural property transactions, including purchases and sales, overage, financing arrangements, third party agreements and tenancies (including Agricultural Holding Act 1986). In addition, he also assists with first registrations of unregistered land at HM Land Registry.

Outside of work, Sam is a keen sportsman and has played various sports, including rugby and squash, to regional level.
