Mollie graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Law degree in 2021, and then completed her LLM LPC at Nottingham Law School in 2023, in which she received a Distinction.

Her first seat at Roythornes was within our Agricultural Property Department where she supported the team with a variety of matters.

Mollie is now in her second seat within the Regulatory team where she focusses on agricultural, food and animal related matters, as well as planning and environmental matters.

Our Regulatory team defends food businesses, farmers and others when enforcement actions and prosecutions are brought against them. The team specialise in animal welfare law, food law and areas of planning law and environmental law.

Mollie's current work includes challenging enforcement notices in the Tribunal and Magistrates Court, advising on criminal investigations and prosecutions in the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts, and challenging decisions by way of Judicial Review in the High Court.

Prior to joining Roythornes, Mollie worked within a small high street firm for three years, having completed a work placement as a student in February 2020. Her placement turned into part time employment during the remainder of her time at university, which then turned into full time employment once she graduated in June 2021.

Mollie has experience in residential and commercial conveyancing as well as employment matters and private client matters such as wills, probate and LPAs.
